October release of ASAPIO Integration Add-on and the SAP OEM Editions

Amazing new features in the October 2025 release: 

  • Direct Kafka/Confluent connect
    Our new S/4-only Kafka handler supports direct connectivity to the Kafka cluster using the Kafka Protocol – no more need for the Kafka REST proxy.

  • Sequencing support for all Connectors
    The new sequence option ensures that outgoing messages for the same object are always sent in the sequence they occurred.

  • Unique Message ID support
    The formatter can create a unique message ID for the event message, which will be part of the payload.

  • Dead Letter Queue
    Send failed messages to a Dead Letter Queue either on certain errors or after a configured number of retries.
  • CDS Entity Support
    Event Studio now supports creation and use of CDS Payloads.

  • Inbound Handler BadI
    Allows custom handling of the inbound payloads and/or custom response messages.
Key Highlights:
  • ASAPIO Event Studio now features CDS Payload support
  • All new user experience: create custom CDS payloads, directly in ASAPIO Event Studio
  • Adapt the payload of standard RAP events, code-less: Support for 35 RAP business objects already delivered, more to come soon.
