Inbound & outbound message support via AMQP

AMQP (Advanced Message Queuing Protocol) is an ISO standard for messaging that reduces typical REST overhead by using a continuous TCP connection to the broker.

Deeper SAP Cloud ALM integration

Our latest release introduce support for connecting with Exception Monitoring in SAP Cloud ALM, in addition to Component Health Monitoring.

Enhanced BAdI Support


We've added new Business Add-In (BAdI) capabilities for even more customization flexibility.

New Capabilities

  • Active Alerting – Custom handling of logs when running Active Alerting jobs (e.g., integrate with 3rd party log aggregators or ticketing systems)
  • REST Inbound Handler – Custom handling of inbound payloads and/or custom response messages

RAP Event Linkage Without Event Studio

While Event Studio offers a comfortable and efficient configuration experience, some contexts (like certain SAP Fieldglass use cases) require alternative approaches.

Why It Matters

  • Legacy GUI support – Configure RAP event linkages using traditional configuration screens
  • No Event Studio required – Same powerful functionality, different path
  • Use case flexibility – Choose the configuration method that fits your needs
  • Full compatibility – Works with all connectors

ASAPIO Event Studio – Updates and Improvements

In addition to a smoother interface and more fluent navigation, new features in Event Studio include:

  • Connections can be filtered by connector
  • New data catalog model, to support all kinds of data layers, including custom objects
